JW Marriott Hanoi
Outside the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, Vietnam, there lies the newly developed West Hanoi central business district which includes the National Convention Center. The JW Marriott Hanoi is a brand new property boasting unquestionable modern luxury earning without hesitation a 5-star rating.
This hotel property is very spacious and very quiet. The amenities will knock your socks off. From the moment I arrived, I was lifted into hotel heaven bliss. I did some research prior to the trip and the JW Marriott Hanoi lived up to the reputation. Although the property caters to its business clientele, I found it to be the perfect setting to relax and recharge as a busy body tourist seeing all of what Vietnam has to offer.
There are several restaurants on site with outstanding reviews. As Platinum Elite members, we ate(and drank!) in the Executive Lounge for all of our meals because this was the best Marriott lounge I had ever been to. Yes, I said it, can you believe it?! If there is such a thing as an Executive Lounge Bucket List, this one is definitely on it. All of the offerings were on point, fresh, and delicious.
After spending the day walking and touring the overcrowded lively streets of Hanoi–it was so nice to return to this extraordinary hotel. Guests feel like they are being transported into a different world–correction, universe–changing energies from chaos to a state of pure serenity.
Highlights
Executive Lounge
Customer Service: Graciously kept our belongings in storage while we were in Halong Bay for an overnight cruise. Overly hospitable and exceptional service!
Guest Rooms
Spa

Cons
Pool area: Pool was so spacious it didn’t feel very inviting. I wasn’t a fan of the atmosphere in the pool area for relaxation and enjoyment. The spa and the Executive Lounge are the go to spots for that purpose.
It was difficult to leave, but we were off to our next city–Ho Chi Mihn
Wish I could live here!
